Dear Clipped B's,

Below is an update regarding our retiree travel program with the ARPB. While several airlines have dropped out of the program others have joined. Please review the entire memo below for the latest information. It should be noted both the Pass Bureau and Clipped B Pass Card ordering addresses have changed.

PLEASE NOTE: JetBlue has changed their policy for issuing companion travel passes. Effective immediately only "single" employees are eligible to order a companion pass. If you are married you are no longer eligible for companion travel on JetBlue.

*Note all flight attendant retirees must hold a Braniff In-Flight Service Retiree Travel Card issued by the Clipped B's prior to ordering retiree travel passes. Former Braniff Flight Attendants may obtain a retiree travel card after joining the Braniff International Airways Clipped B's recognized as the official retiree organization for Braniff Flight Attendants.

PROCESSING FEES FOR JETBLUE, SPIRIT, REGISTRATION ETC. NOW CAN BE DONE BY CREDIT CARD.

DELTA retiree/spouse/no companion - Domestic flat rate $100 Canada, Mexico, Carib flat rate $200 - Europe, Central & South America flat rate $375 - Africa, Asia, Mid East flat rate $450 all PLUS TAXES.

DELTA passes are now electronic. Call ARPB no later than one week in advance. Have your CC and e-mail address available. If you do not have an e-mail ARPB will call you with the confirmation once DELTA issues the electronic pass.

FRONTIER retiree/spouse or companion/Children under 18 - Domestic $25 - International $50 each way plus taxes and processing.

GREAT LAKES retiree/spouse or companion - ID90 (you pay 10% of the published fare plus taxes and processing. Call for fare quote.

HORIZON retiree/spouse only - ID75 (you pay 25% of the published fare plus taxes and processing. Call for fare quote.

ICELANDAIR retiree/spouse or companion - ID90 (you pay 10% of published fare plus taxes and processing. Call for fare quote.

JETBLUE retiree/spouse or Single retiree and companion - $25 each way plus taxes and processing.

MARTINAIR retiree/spouse or companion - flat rates plus fuel surcharges, taxes and processing. Call for fare quote.

MIDWEST retiree/spouse only - $25 each way plus taxes and processing.

QANTAS retiree/spouse or companion $700-$800 seasonal plus taxes. Electronic ticket. Inventory class "O" must be available on selected
flights.

SCENIC retiree/spouse or companion. Scenic Airways are located at Las Vegas airport. You may contact them direct.

SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS retiree/spouse or companion - flat rate and subject to availability. Call ARPB within 60 days of desired travel date. Do not call before as this is a CONFIRMED SPACE program and inventory is only opened 60 day prior to each departure date (when available).

SOUTHWEST retiree/spouse/dep chd under 18 - $25 each way plus taxes and processing.

SPIRIT retiree/spouse or companion - $25 each way - voucher will be sent by mail same day.

SUN COUNTRY retiree/spouse or companion - $30 each way - voucher will be sent by mail same day.

US AIRWAYS retiree/spouse or companion - domestic, Canada, Mexico etc $25 each way - Europe and Hawaii $50 each way plus taxes and processing.

VIRGIN ATLANTIC retiree/spouse or companion - one ID90 per calendar year (you pay 10% of published fare). Call for fare quote.

ARPB will issue tickets/vouchers and send them out by mail the same day you request them. FedEx is also available and recommended.

FEDEX CHARGES effective 1Jun for the delivery of tickets.
