Three of your Houston members attended the Palm Springs Clipped B convention. I think Louise Gammage, Pattie Pixley, and Sylvia Russell agree that Gayle Hughes and John McFarland out did themselves with all the activities they arranged. Outstanding events included a night street fair, a tour of Chuck Hughes's pepper production industry, lunch at the casino, dinner and entertainment at the Buddy Greco Dinner Club, an afternoon show of the Senior Follies and a closing night banquet at our hotel. Although we have gone on to happy and fulfilling lives, it is a pleasure to see friends from our past.
All of my best wishes to all of you

Dear Clipped B's,
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of former Braniff Flight Attendant Supervisor Ann Coston on Saturday night. Ann waged a long and courageous fight against cancer with her usual positive up beat attitude and grace. Up until the day before she went into hospice care she was out shopping at the Dollar Store looking for those bargains. Ann will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service is in the planning stage, please watch the website for further information.
Regards, John McFarlane, Clipped B's
