Airways Classic" series, No. 5 being devoted to Braniff!

Just a heads up and FYI for those who don't already know about this. Airways Magazine, a major market aviation periodical, has recently released the fifth title in their "Airways Classic" series, No. 5 being devoted to Braniff! It is at major bookstore and specialty newsstands now.

For those who can't find a copy at newsstands, or find it a hassle chasing down a copy at retail, orders can be made directly with Airways Magazine via the following link:

Services for former F/A Willi Fern Beaty

Services for former F/A Willi Fern Beaty who passed away May 16 are on website for Sandra Clark Funeral Home in Dallas. The website is www.sandraclarkfuneral home.com . Fern flew 1976-82 out of DFW. also, funeral services for former F/A Judy Reese are pending but she will be buried in Kaufman,TX by her family. Judy fought a valiant battle against cancer and is at peace. She passed away today at her brother's home. Thanks////Helen Adair

former BI flight attendant Beverly Holladay O'Brien(O'Brian?) passed

Betty Lou Morgan in HOU called to say that former BI flight attendant Beverly Holladay O'Brien(O'Brian?) passed away in Trophy Club today and services are pending. Service will be Monday probably. Suggest you check dallasnews.com
and go to Obituary section for info. She flew from 1966-82.

Maria Surgeon

A memorial will be held at St. Rita's Catholic Church in two to three weeks. Since Sue Golden had back surgery on Monday, I have not received any news,but Barbara Burnett brought me up to date.
